These Terms of Service describe the basic rules for using WowEnhance, an online image enhancement and upscaling service. This page is a general-purpose stub and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before publication.

Use of the Service

WowEnhance allows you to upload images, send them to our servers for processing, and download the processed files. You are responsible for making sure that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process any images you submit.

You agree not to use WowEnhance to upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, contains malicious code, or violates applicable laws or regulations.

Image Processing and Temporary Storage

Images that you upload are transmitted over the network to our servers so they can be processed. After processing, files are stored temporarily so that you can download the result. Processed files are intended to remain available for download for up to 2 hours after processing and may be deleted automatically after that period.

We do not guarantee that uploaded or processed files will remain available after processing. You should download and keep your own copies of any files you want to retain.

Orders and Payments

If you purchase a paid service, we may collect and use information that is necessary to process your order, provide access to paid features, handle support requests, and comply with accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers under their own terms and policies.

Ownership

You keep ownership of the images and other content you upload. By uploading images to WowEnhance, you grant us a limited permission to receive, transmit, store, process, and display those files only as needed to provide the service, support the service, and comply with legal obligations.

WowEnhance, including its software, design, text, branding, and service infrastructure, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Service Availability

We aim to keep WowEnhance available and working reliably, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WowEnhance makes no warranties about the service, including warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Results may vary depending on the uploaded image and processing settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WowEnhance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
